While no mask can guarantee complete prevention of exposure to Covid-19 or any other virus, mPactAir99’s NanoscreenTM Mask has been tested by Nelson Laboratories, a leading provider of microbiological and viral testing and analysis. In testing, our mask proved effective at stopping over 99% of airborne particulates and pathogens down to 3 µm.

BMT NanoScreenTM PPE Safety Mask fabrics are functional, high performing filtration fabrics used to produce reusable / washable personal protective safety masks that balance genuine filtration efficiency with comfortable breathability. BMT VirusGuard blocks and restrict a large range of droplets carrying virus and bacteria as well as pollen, allergens, fly ash, agricultural, and coal dust.

Our mask is composed of a microscopic NanoscreenTM matrix sealed between two layers of inert backing material. This NanoscreenTM matrix is made up of several very, very long fibers weaved tougher. It’s not nanofiber particles – so there are no “pieces” that can be inhaled.

Our mask is ASTM F2100 tested for viral and bacterial efficiency by Nelson Laboratories, a leading independent testing agency. In testing, the BMT Nanoscreen™ Defense filtration technology filtered over 99% of all airborne particulates and pathogens at 3 µm while being twice as breathable as the N95.

The mask is good for extended use with proper care, up to 60 washes!

Mask is hand washable with mild soap and water / hand rinse / air dry / do not squeeze or scrub.

Viruses and bacteria are thousands of times smaller than the strands of cotton or synthetic thread in home made cloth or non-filter masks, allowing airborne particles to pass directly though. With our unique design and adjustable noseband, your breath should pass directly through the mask and not into your glasses. If you experience fogging, adjust your noseband to ensure a tight seal between your nose and cheeks.

All of our masks are assembled in the USA.

Most orders are shipped the same day for orders placed prior to 3 PM EST. Otherwise, orders generally go out next day from our US distribution facility.

Due to Covid-19 and the hygienic nature of the product, we are unable to accept any returns. Any claims of a manufacturing defect will be considered on a case by case basis by our support team. No warranty expressed or implied in compliance with all state regulations.
